Now I know it is summer...

Finally made ratatouille with fresh from the friends veggies. I started experimenting with the dish when my watched the Disney movie. Tough to beat it for summer feasting.

 lol that's cute and I made it on a very regular basis for years when my husband was alive he loved it but now I don't have a garden and don't cook a whole lot because its just me..good someone does tho.
