To our friends to the south: Halloween Party Oct 22 and 23.
Most members of several clubs in Alberta feel the IT Halloween party is the biggest swingers event of the year. IT's 2008 halloween event drew in 340 swingers Alberta wide.We think we could have broken that record last year, however, due to the fact that Halloween fell on the last Saturday of the month (Oct 31st), many couples from in and outside of Alberta had to deal with care issues, parents had to go halloweenie with their , and almost every bar in Alberta was throwing a Halloween party on the same night. As a result of that, approximately 100 couples could not attend or make travel plans to the party
Sooooooo,we have been in contact with some of the swing clubs in Alberta to resolve this issue - Yes, some people said to us, "screw it, hold when you want to hold it." Dee and I are not like that, and never will, we feel that if the clubs and community works together, then everybody benefits one way or another,period!
Now...
Problem(1): if all swing parties are held on the same day, all club's attendance may be affected.
Problem(2): how do we make sure everybody can make it to the most or all of the swing parties?
Some of the club owners came to the conclusion, in order to benefit the community at large and to serve a common good, from now on, IT'S hotel Halloween parties will be held one week prior to Halloween. Therefore, Intimate Times' "Sensual Screams of Halloween" hotel party and trade show will be held on Friday Oct 22nd, and Saturday, Oct 23rd.
I hope this helps out the other clubs and the lifestyle community.

We went to IT's Halloween Party two years ago and it was absolutely AMAZING!
